Definition:
An Account & Reference Data Specialist is responsible for providing assistance to their internal partners and clients with account opening, market opening, and tax preparation, as well as proxy documentation. They perform maintenance activities such as processing transfers and tickets for existing investor/agent accounts. Other activities include processing client custody by coordinating and preparing document packages related to license renewals and market registrations for submission to local tax authorities, regulators, and sub-custodians.
