Definition:
A Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of a company is the officer primarily responsible for overseeing and managing compliance issues within an organization. The CCO Develop and periodically review and update the Code of Conduct to ensure continuing relevance in providing guidance to management and employees. CCO also  collaborates with other departments  in complying with regulatory requirements, and that the company and its employees are complying with internal policies and procedures.
