The structure is broadly classified into:
Corporate Functional Areas (orance icons): The Internal departments are the foundation for business supporting our client-serving business teams as well as banking, investment, securities and research professionals.
Banking & Investment Management (blue icons): These teams work with clients to develop advanced portfolio management strategies, deliver strategic banking advice including -mergers; acquisitions; financing and risk management transactions, perform investment research with focus on equity, fixed income, currency and commodities markets. The securities team creates liquidity by trading in fixed income and equity products, currencies, commodities and derivatives on these products.
Operations & Data Management (purple icons): These teams operate either as a shared service centre for finance, global business services or as a third party firm. These divisions provide accounting, reporting, reconciliation, market data, trade transaction processing risk control, and other operations services businesses worldwide.
