Definition:
RFP Specialists write, develop and organize RFP (proposal) content and develop and maintain standard RFP responses in a dedicated database. RFPs are a primary "first line" communication tool with prospective clients. RFP specialists respond to questions from various client groups pertaining to products and provide data supporting the product and firm.
